I bought this beautiful Maggie Sottero 'Lorie' Dress in ivory for my wedding last fall. All over lace with beading gives it a vintage but modern look. The corset back (lace up) adds elegance, but also makes for a snug fit on most busts and hugs your curves to give a beautiful and very flattering hourglass shape! This dress would fit a B-D cup easily. It has a short train, just enough but not too much to make the dress heavy. It is strapless with a beautiful sweetheart neckline and its A-Line shape makes it beautiful on any bride.
The dress was taken in 1.5" on each side of the bust and a tie-up bustle was placed in the back bottom to make it easier to walk. The nature of the corset back makes it unlikely that it will need to be taken in or out on its next bride to be! The dress was also ordered in the shorter version (3" shorter) to accomodate my height of 5'4" with heels, so it would be perfect for a bride who is looking for a dress that won't require hemming.
The dress is gently worn and has not been dry cleaned. There is some mud on the bottom because our wedding day was a bit wet. However, there are no rips or tears on this beautiful dress and it will be in new condition after being dry cleaned.
